Fire Station Equipment (Forfeited funds ALAMO)
The proposed project calls for the pro-rated payment of City-issued certificates of obligation for multiple construction projects. This project will pay for that portion associated with the construction of a new fire substation. This is payment five of 10 under HUD approved pre-award cost.

Neighborhood Facility – (Library) (Forfeited Funds ALAMO)
The proposed project calls for the prorated payment of City issued certificates of obligation for the construction of a new 10,000 sq. ft. public library. The library was completed in April of 2005. The prorated amount is $105,951.67 per annum for a 10-year period. This is the fifth year of HUD approved pre-award costs.		 Location

Street Improvements
The project provides excavation, reconstruction, drainage, and embankment improvements within existing right of way. The work will include 6" caliche base and 2" asphalt pavement.

Project A calls for the prorated payment of City issued certificates of obligation for multiple construction projects. This project will pay for that portion associated with construction of a 500,000 gallon elevated water storage tank in the amount of $68,884.67 per annum for a 10-year period.  This is the fifth year of HUD approved pre-award costs.
