  • Issues warrants when documentation is brought before the Judge
  • Magistrates defendants that are brought before the judge
  • Performs inquests by the Judge
  • Issues Local Registrars of Birth and Death Certificates
  • Issues Section 28 for mental Illness
  • Files Civil Cases up to the amount of $10,000
