    Hidalgo County Pct 2 Commissioner Hector “Tito” Palacios proudly unveiled the new $5.075 million multi- purpose complex which houses Pct 2 administrative offices, Health and Human Services Pharr clinic, W.I.C. office, Tax assessor- collector substation, and offices for Justice of the Peace Places 1 and 2.

  Two Photovoltaic Solar Panels capable of producing 23.4 kilowatts of electricity and include four SMA 7000 watt inverters are designed into the building creating an aesthetically pleasing structure and an educational resource to the general public of Hidalgo County.  Below is a graph of the energy savings in realtime.
