Commissioners’ Court approved a resolution in honor Senovio Castillo, of Elsa, Texas, who passed away in December 2011. Castillo’s family was on hand to accept the resolution, which touted Castillo as a distinguished public servant. Castillo served as Commissioner and Mayor of the City of Elsa, and worked for many years at the Edcouch-Elsa Independent School District. Iin attendance were Castillo’s wife, Estella, son, Senovio, Jr., daughter Sylvia Pulido, and grandson Daniel Pulido, along with other family members
